Payment, cancellation and terms & conditions
All payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
Translation, Correction Work, Revision & Second Opinions:
In the event of the client wishing to cancel a Translation, Correction Work, Revision or Second Opinion contract undertaken by Into English, the client will be charged the project fees in full, as stated in the contract, unless Into English indicates that a reduction may be applied.
Language Tuition, Training & Consultancy:
In the event a client postponing within 48 hours before the start of a class, workshop or meeting (in the case of consultancy), 50% of the amount due will be charged; within 24 hours, 100% of the amount due will be charged.
In the event of a class, workshop or consultancy contract being cancelled, cancellation fees will be charged. Up to 4 and 2 weeks before the start of a class or workshop, 10% and 25%, respectively will be charged; within 2 weeks and 24 hours before the start, 50% and 100%, respectively of the fees will be charged. In the case of a consultancy meeting, within 48 hours of the planned meeting, both the travel time and meeting duration will be charged based on the hourly consultancy rate.
